Bami mu daeng kiao kung is a noodle soup made with wheat noodles, red pork and prawn dumplings . Condiments are added to taste .
Originally from China bami can be found and is enjoyed virtually everywhere in Thailand. It is made with wheat-and-egg noodles, a clear, savoury, pork soup and commonly comes with slices of red pork and green vegetables. However it can also be served with peppery shrimp or pork filled wontons, crispy pork belly, roast duck, or crabmeat. The soup is floured with chopped green onions, corriander, white pepper, fried garlic and garlic oil. And you then add optional condiments to taste. It can also be ordered dry.
